Cute coffee shop with delicious, reasonably priced espresso and pastries. I got an iced americano with a splash of cream and a butter croissant which came out to $8.86 before tip. The croissant was flaky, buttery, and delicious. The espresso was perfectly brewed & smooth. There is a parking lot out front & free WiFi. The interior of the coffee shop is very clean & minimalistic. The music isn’t played too loud & there’s great natural light, making it a great place to work from! You should check out this spot if you’re in the area.

Balcony is run by a really inviting guy that loves dogs. Yes they’re pet friendly, to the max! They have a board with dog guest pictures in it! So adorable! As we walked in the barista greeted us and even chatted. It was about 730 am too. No grumpy people here! Great matcha and coffee. I recommend the tiramisu coffee. The pastries are really good too. They have an awesome cinnamon bun. I know where they get them and it shows they know what they’re doing! There’s a side buns come from a strange unfriendly place lol. You won’t have awkward moments here though! I’ll be definitely back! On another occasion I got a croissant and an iced matcha latte! The croissant was so well made! It was heaven! Fresh as heck! The matcha iced latte was exceptional too! There’s a side patio and the decor is minimalist. Very clean and modern look. Kudos! Parking in front.

Accidentally stumble across this coffee tea shop today and was surprised to discover the cutest patio/greenhouse in the back. Inviting vibes and lots of tables best for people working on computer/reading. It appears busy. I had a ginger peach ice tea and it was really good. Will be back. Part of a small plaza with its own parking lot out front.

The parking lot is so, so tiny and it’s on such a busy street which may be a huge con for me. But the place is cute and my matcha was tasty.

I don’t really visit a lot of coffee shops that often, but this is one shop I would definitely come too. It is not that far from my place, the overall vibe is very chill, comforting. The cappuccino & ham sandwich I had was that good, solid 10/10. Friendly employees, place makes you feel welcomed. What makes this little coffee shop unique is the chill music you’ll hear, chill beats with a mixture of jazz, soothing. I love the music, maybe play more jazz for a more soothing atmosphere? Just my suggestion. Overall, would visit here again!

I heard the owner of Dolce Vita Cafe recently took over this place. He’s really friendly, and the coffee tastes even better now! I’m definitely going to be a regular :-D

Cute atmosphere with tasty cold brew iced coffee. Coffee beans are roasted in house. I had the avocado bagel which was fresh and delicious. Nice staff and would definitely recommend stopping by if you are in the area.

We came in during the soft opening and tried the tiramisu latte with mascarpone cream! It was delicious and perfectly creamy. We got a chance to chat with the owner, Will, and he is such a kind and knowledgeable guy! He roasts his own beans and has curated a great menu for both coffee and matcha lovers. Definitely stop by and give them a visit.
